Procrastination: The enemy to productivity
Procrastination is the tendency to delay or put off tasks or decisions, often leading to feelings of guilt or stress. It can be a common behavior among individuals who struggle with time management, prioritization, or motivation.
There are many reasons why people put things off until the last minute. Some of the most common causes of procrastination include: Fear of failure, Perfectionism, Lack of motivation, Distractions, Overwhelminess and the list continues.
The consequences of procrastination can be severe, which includes: Missed deadlines, Reduced productivity, Stress and anxiety, Opportunity cost etc
