Napoli striker have threatened to sue his own club for making jest of his penalty loss against Bologna, on the 23rd of the September, 2023. The outcome of the match was a draw, leading for an uproar from the fans and supporters globally. Osimhen who was a major contributor to their winning of SERIE A after 31years last season depicted a shocking response after the controversial incident by deleting every Napoli oriented content on his Instagram account. This has gathered a wide comment from football personalities globally, heavily condemning such discriminating event on the club’s social media account. 

                         

His agent Roberto Calenda demands an apology from the club for his client and if nothing is done soonest, they would go further in charging the Naples club for damaging the character of the 24-year-old striker. The Nigerian star contract runs till the summer of 2025. The striker is seemed to have attracted attention from clubs like Manchester-United, Paris-Saint-German and Chelsea.
