The appeal court of Nigeria being the penultimate court in Nigerian judicial hierarchy is set to deliver judgment on the presidential election petition on Wednesday 6th of September 2023 in Abuja.


According to the press release issued by Appeal court registrar the judgment will be televised live for the general public to watch, as only accredited persons as well as legal counsels will be granted access into the court premises. The key participants in the petition are Mr. Peter Gregory Obi, Allied Peoples Movement, Abubakar Atiku, and Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

After an additional 2 years to their normal 4 years course, finally comes to an end.  The students could not hide their emotions after so much delay in their seek for knowledge within ABU as they wrote their final papers as an undergraduate students on the 18th of September, 2023.
