Fans Mourns as Wizkid Loses Mother

Wizkid Ayo Balogun, Nigerian Afrobeats superstar lost his mother, Jane Dolapo Balogun, in the early hours of Friday. The tragic news was confirmed by the singer’s manager Sunday Aare, though the causes of the death haven’t been confirmed yet. So far top notable personalities like Peter Obi and Davido have all sent their condolences to the musician after the shock loss.

The cause of the death has not been disclosed, sympathizers globally have been sending have been expressing their support to the 33 year old artiste during this difficult moment. The late Balogun is the mother to other children, Yetunde Balogun and Lade Balogun.
